TOP DRESSING

Healthy soil is a living soil,  it's true. One tablespoon of soil can contain billions of microorganisms. These microscopic organisms are one of the reasons we have plants and trees. In nature, soil microbes enrich soil by converting fallen leaves, limbs and other debris into nutrients plants can use. Since many commercial and home lawns have poor quality soil, top dressing becomes even more important. Top dressing is simple a way of adding organic matter and restoring the balance and health to your lawn.

It is possible to top dress at any time during the growing season. However, it is not recommended during heat waves.

Within the framework of our sustainable turf management program, We recommend top dressing every year for poorly structured soils, and every other year for better structured soils.
